* Queen Mum of Toledo Red Hats with Class

* April is our 4th anniversary and we have 12 members.

* We have dinner at a different restaurant each month or a potluck at some one's home. Plus lots of other activities.

* We do a bus trip to Shipshewana in June, a Red Hat Babes at the Bay (Put In Bay) in July, a Hawaiian Luau in July, a Witch's Ball in October, annual Dicken's Tea in December and a Victorian Valentines Soiree luncheon in February. We invite all Red Hat sisters.

I'm originally from Toledo, OH. Mom is 91 and the Queen MUM of Ravishing Red Hats of Woodhaven Senior Community. I volunteer my services in helping her group out since no one has a computer to keep in touch with other groups. I belong to Le Dammes Du Chapeau Rouge of Grand Blanc, MI. I keep busy with red hats all the time being the owner of myredhatstore.com. an online store for red hat ladies. I'd love to retire full time in Florida where I spend at least one week a month. For now 1 week will have to do.

Metro Detroit Queens' Council(MDQC) is having a Roaring 20's Party Fling on May 18,2013

At DeCarlos Banquet/ conference center Located at 6015 East 10 Mile Road in Warren Michigan 48091. The time: 10am-3pm

The cost is just $30.00.This includes a buffet luncheon There will be prizes for the best 20's outfit. If you chose not to wear a costume, please be in full regalia. There will be vendors,dancing,entertainment,share the wealth,and a BLING gift!

I am a retired teacher .

Married to Bob for 50 years come November,2010.

We are raising our 8 year old grandson.

Our Queen,Abe Diehl, and I were on vacation in Iowa in September of 2003 when we visited a tea house and saw Red Hat things for sale . It was at that time we decided to start our chapter and invite other retired friends to join us . We were given our charter in November of 2003 and have been going strong since then.

I am the Queen of the Mixed Age Fun Bunch from Cincinnati, OH. After 30 years of working as a secretary in the Norwood City Schools, I retired to enjoy life. I love Red Hatting, spending time with my family, especially my grandchildren. My group enjoys outings of all kinds, plays, musical concerts, picnics, eating out and taking trips. I also am a member of the Giggle Gaggle Girls. Personally I like to go to Lakeside, Ohio every year, I also enjoy reading, walking, and playing games.

I have the most wonderful ladies in my chapter Red Mums Royal Jesters! We are not too Classy to have fun..."Girls Just Want to Have Fun" is our theme song. It's a reserved seating affair with lot's of giftys and prizes!

There will be vendors, a 50/50 raffle, great raffle prizes, and entertainment!

For $35 per person you’ll receive a gifty and a lunch of chicken, red roasted potatoes,corn,salad, dessert and beverage.

Advance reservations required by March 1st, 2012
